How Market My Business AI collects consent for text messages (10DLC campaign disclosure).

1. Where opt-in happens

Business owners who subscribe to Market My Business AI (MMBAi) opt in to SMS notifications inside their MMBAi account. During signup and again on the Account Settings page, subscribers see the following form:

Mobile phone number (for text alerts)

By providing your mobile phone number and clicking Save, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Market My Business AI about calls answered by your AI Call Concierge. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per business day). Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. What messages we send

An SMS summary each time your AI Call Concierge answers a phone call (caller ID, reason for call, requested callback time).
Occasional account notifications about your MMBAi subscription.

3. Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a confirmation reply, then no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
