1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Market My Business AI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Market My Business AI is an AI-powered marketing automation platform for small businesses. Features include AI-generated marketing posts, blog articles, videos, scheduled publishing to social platforms, and multi-platform account integrations.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at help@marketmybusinessai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: publish content that violates any law, spam anyone’s inbox, impersonate another person or business, or reverse-engineer / resell our software.
5. Content Ownership
You own all content you create through the Service. We claim no rights to your text, images, or videos beyond the limited license needed to deliver the Service (store your content, publish it on your behalf when you click Publish, generate related content when you request it).
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI models to generate content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee AI output is factually accurate or free of unintended similarities to existing works.
7. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel at any time via your account settings. Refunds are evaluated case by case — contact help@marketmybusinessai.com.
8. Third-Party Integrations (YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, WordPress)
Market My Business AI integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress) to publish content you create on your behalf. When you connect these accounts, you also agree to and are bound by:
You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Market My Business AI to any third-party platform, including ensuring it complies with each platform’s community guidelines and applicable laws. Market My Business AI does not moderate content you choose to publish.
You may revoke our access to any connected third-party account at any time via the Connected Accounts page in the app, or directly at the platform (e.g., Google Account Permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions for YouTube).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. Upon termination, we delete all your data within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
Market My Business AI’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
